Whale Watching

From January to April whale watching season is a great time to visit Loreto and experience an amazing in their habitat encounter with the biggest mammal on earth the blue and gray whales, this expedition will also give you the opportunity to encounter other marine life that share the Loreto bay Marine Park with the whales, such as common dolphins and the playful California dolphin, sea lions, blue footed boobies (yes you, those that you only knew lived in Galapagos), to name a few.

These expeditions will make you feel like a National Geographic researcher producing a documentary, as you unfold the stories the local captains will share with you about the whales, that identify by the shape of the tail and know by name, as well as their caps and the times they have visited the bay.
